At Lago Vista Animal Clinic, your pet is provided with modern,
high quality health care. We offer health screens, wellness checks, routine care, vaccinations,
dental procedures, and surgeries such as spays, neuters, and soft tissue surgery. We use an
ultrasonic scaler for dental cleanings. Surgeries and dentals are performed Monday through
Friday by appointment. When needed, we refer to Austin area veterinary specialists in areas such as dermatology, orthopedics, cardiology and dentistry. We then work closely with the specialists to provide the best care available for your pet. Our groomer, Erin Cole, offers experienced, high quality and gentle grooming for dogs and cats Monday through Friday. |

| Cats bask in their exclusive boarding
area with a window view. Several two-room condos are available. Dog boarding
offers several run sizes that will accommodate any size dog. Walks are given
three times daily Monday through Saturday (twice on Sunday). Also, an outdoor
exercise area allows our canine guests to enjoy play times during the day. The clinic's in house laboratory includes a blood chemistry machine, an electrolyte analyzer, and an x-ray machine with automatic processor. The clinic uses Isoflurane gas anesthesia in addition to injectable agents. Surgeries are monitored with a Pulse Oximeter and Blood Pressure monitor. All surgeries are attended by a technician and a veterinarian until the patient is recovering in the post surgical area. |
